Social Responsibility

With a large cultural footprint, we have the ability to influence perception and frame collective understanding. Born from this responsibility, we launched Nocturnal Impact, our company-wide initiative to shape and promote a better world.

Nocturnal Impact supports all employee, client and business social impact-related activities, with a particular focus on the following pillars: equality, democracy, inclusion and sustainability.

OUR INITIATIVES

Social Action: We combine powerful storytelling with strong advocacy to bring about systemic change.

Employee Engagement: Nocturnal employees volunteer hours annually and participate in an annual company-wide day of service.

Cause Consulting: We develop customized initiatives and partner with NGO’s to meet our social impact goals.

Responsibility: We run our businesses with a focus on sustainability and inclusion, including our signature workplace diversity program, Empower.
